INIFD Academy of Interiors offers courses that are created for a new generation of designers: creative individuals who share a passion to design spaces that elevate the human experience and want to learn through a hands-on, intensive program by pushing boundaries, exploring new territories and solving complex challenges. Our programs balance the study of the subject with rich practical experience to train students to be the best interior designers they can be. This is achieved by a thorough and well designed curriculum, rigorous schedule of classroom instruction, industry exposure, internships and immediate practical experience. Our programme is divided into 3 levels. Students have the flexibility to choose upto what level they wish to continue their training. We also offer a separate super Specialisation program.
1 Year Foundation Program
Our one year Foundation Program is designed to provide you with a firm foundation in design thinking and equip you with the basics of technical drawing along with exposure to various types of materials used in interiors.This program also introduces the basics of designing for residential spaces.
2 Year Advance Program
Our two year Advance Program is devised for you to master some of the fundamental skills required to be a practicing interior designer in both residential and commercial design. This includes a variety of studio courses, professional practices, budgeting and estimating quantities and cost along with courses on the evolution of interior design.
3 Year Specialisation Program
This program is collaboration with Institute of Indian Interior Designers- IIID has been crafted to make our students culturally, socially, and environmentally aware, and who have the knowledge and skills to create interior spaces that are efficient, client focused and sustainable. Students who complete this program will be fully equipped to start their interior design career.
2 Year Super Specialisation Program
This pioneering course is crafted to provide students with the knowledge, competencies and skills necessary to operate in an ever changing and challenging global environment. The subjects of the program have a strategic focus that tackle practical issues and concepts and develop our students to be highly skilled, environmentally responsible and creative design professionals who can serve in a variety of roles and industries.
